January 2026 Market Update

We are nearly at the end of January 2026 and what a welcome month it has been with a definite change in buyers attitude since the autumn, leading to a strong sales month, and this all during some foul weather which surely must improve soon. The snow drops are appearing and we would state, some cautious green shoots are as well, so let us hope for more ‘normal’ 2026.
