SITUATION Swallow Barn is located on the edge of the small, quiet village of Eastcourt, about five minutes from Crudwell and four minutes from Oaksey, with its excellent village shop, Post Office and popular pub and 5 miles to the south is the ancient market town of Malmesbury. Equally close is the well known town of Tetbury, with an excellent range of shops, restaurants and amenities. The principal town of Cirencester (8 miles) has a more comprehensive range of shops and local facilities. Kemble (4 miles) has an Inter City train service to London Paddington (75 minutes, recently improved). M4 Motorway access at Junction 15 or 16 providing access to Heathrow and London to the east and at Junction 17 for Bristol and the A419 linking direct to the M5.
