We are seeking driven individuals with a proven track record in agency, perhaps working in the village and country field, to join the James Pyle & Co brand as independent associates, running their own business and being rewarded with significant commissions with low overheads.

Our associates will have the support from the James Pyle & Co team. We will provide bespoke marketing, a cutting-edge CRM software with prospecting tools, IT and VOIP systems, call handling, and a social media team to build brand awareness in your territory and help you with local lead generation.

Lettings Negotiator Role

James Pyle & Co are looking for a self-motivated, confident, and organised Lettings Negotiator to join their growing Lettings team. Previous experience is preferable but not essential and there is an opportunity to progress a career within the property sector for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Registering new tenants
• Using inhouse systems and database
• Diary organising
• Property management
• Providing excellent customer services
• Negotiating rents and preparing Tenancy Agreements

Skills and attributes:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work individually and within a team
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Clean driving licence
• Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment
• Computer and admin skills essential

This is a full-time role, hours 9 - 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Salary dependent upon experience
