Our team doesn’t just ‘do viewings’ but we really understand the area as well as detailed knowledge of every home and why we should live here.

We ensure your property is marketed at the highest level with professional photographs, descriptions and floorplans, all at our cost and with no charge.

Advertising

We advertise your property on the top property portals; Rightmove, Onthemarket.com, Zoopla, Prime Location and our own website, Jamespyle.co.uk. Rightmove is the most important lead generator and we utilise ‘Premium Listings’ where possible. Contrary to popular belief, the listing generates telephone calls and not just emails. Our philosophy is there is a potential viewing for every phone call.

Our weekly reviews and updates form a key part of our strategy whilst experienced members of our team accompany all viewings with excellent local knowledge and we strive to provide feedback at the earliest opportunity.

No Fixed Contract

We still believe in a world where a handshake is enough and we do not tie you into onerous contracts with complicated terms. Instead, we offer a ‘1 day’ contract with no termination fee or notice period strictly on a ‘no sale, no fee’ basis.
